Actor/Comedian

With his quick wit and ability to work clean, Larry Noto has become one of the most respected local comedians over the years. He has performed in Las Vegas, New York, Baltimore, California, and Washington DC. Additionally, Noto previously opened for such comedy legends as Robert Klein, Paul Reiser and Brad Garrett.

Not afraid to use his real life as fodder for his act, Noto “deprecates himself within an inch of some early Woody Allen anxieties” (The Baltimore Sun). Whether it’s his story of how every girl he dates ends up marrying the next guy she goes out with, his frustration with television commercials for milk or similarities between Italian weddings and funerals, Noto delivers his smart material with an amazing amount of energy and charisma.

Brad Garrett

Noto opened for Garrett at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis. After the show, Garreett said to Noto - “You’re funny, kid! I want you to do a week at my comedy club in Las Vegas.” It was one of the highlights of Larry’s comedy career.

Jon Lovitz

It’s not very often you get to open for one of your favorites ON your birthday! Noto and Lovitz talked Saturday Night Live, Woody Allen movies and why Noto sounds LIKE Lovitz in the green room at MaGooby’s Comedy Club.

Bob Saget

Noto opened for Saget at the Baltimore Improv during his early days of performing stand up. The two would smoke cigars and share drinks at Power Plant Live after the show!

Robert Klein

Noto has had the honor of opening for the legendary Robert Klein three times at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis.

Paul Reiser

Noto opened for Paul Reiser at Magooby’s Comedy Club. Reiser called Noto’s act “old school comedy” which Noto took as one of the best compliments he received.

Brian Regan

After participating at the Baltimore Improv’s Funniest Person contest… and thanks to his clean comedy… Noto was booked at the Improv for the first time opening for the great Brian Regan.

Louie Anderson

Is there anyone nicer then Louie Anderson? Noto and Anderson hit it off between shows and Anderson told Noto “whatever you’re doing in here, do out there.” It was a huge moment of learning that Noto just needed to be himself on stage.

Lewis Black

One of Noto’s favorite memories of his weekend opening for Lewis Black was walking into the green room and seeing Lewis Black yelling at the TV giving it the middle finger. CLASSIC.

Dom Irrera

One of Larry’s first gigs at the Baltimore Improv was opening for Dom Irrera. They would work again years later at MaGooby’s Joke House
